Workflow Configuration
Learn how to make workflow configuration and workflow binding.
Step 1 : Crate Workflow

Click App Management -> Workflow Design Management.

Click Add button to add new workflow.

Fill in workflow name, workflow status, workflow type, workflow category, workflow icon and workflow description.
If it's a workflow related to a form, categorize it as a form workflow. If the workflow is used in the application then selected the type applicaiton workflow.
Step 2 : Workflow Design
Select the workflow in the workflow list, click the workflow design to access the workflow design pages.
Design the flow path by dragging and dropping of workflow nodes.
Click the flow nodes to make configuration, including basic settings, advanced settings and flow path settings.
Basic Settings
For workflow approval settings, you can specify four major types: specified members, initiator's organization, the initiator themselves, and personnel selected from the previous node.
Specified members: you can select users, select systen roles and departments. For example, if the approve roles is the approver, so only the user have the approver permission can approve the workflow.
Approval method can be selected as single approval or multiple approval.
Advanced Settings
In the advanced settings, you can configure the button in the approval process. Additionally, you can set the approval types such as pending, approved,reassign, terminated and other types.
Flow Path Settings
In the flow path settings, you can configure the approval types, arrival nodes, status, receiving unit and description.
After completing the above settings, the workflow configuration is considered complete.
Step 3 : Flow Binding
Based on the former filled business data, click the confirm button to trigger the workflow. at the same time configure the click action events.
In the click action events, you can select the trigger action.
In the workflow list, selected the application workflow to bind the event.
